Thank you for being part of our community at RS Method (run by Robert "Aware" Simic). We take your privacy seriously. This notice explains, in plain English, what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.
This policy applies to rs-method.com and to any services, sales, marketing, or events delivered through it. If you do not agree with anything below, please discontinue using the site.

In short: yes, we use cookies and similar tools.
We use cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, measure how people use the site, and (where you've consented) deliver relevant advertising.

Our servers are based in Europe. RS Method operates internationally, and our vendors are located in various countries, including the United States.
If you access the site from outside Europe, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed by us in Europe and by our third-party providers in their jurisdictions.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, those destinations may not always have data protection laws as comprehensive as those at home. We rely on appropriate safeguards (including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses) with our providers to protect your data. You can request a copy of the relevant clauses at any time.
We keep your personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes set out in this notice, or as required or permitted by law (tax, accounting, regulatory).
When we no longer have a legitimate need to process your data, we will delete or anonymise it. If immediate deletion is not possible (for example, because data is in backups), we will securely store and isolate it from any further use until deletion is possible.
We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your information: encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and vetted vendors. We require our processors to do the same.
That said, no system on the open internet can promise 100% security. Use the site within a secure environment, and choose a strong password.
RS Method is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from, or market to, anyone under 18. By using the site you confirm you are at least 18 (or that you are the parent or guardian of a minor and consent on their behalf).
If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
To make any of these requests, contact us. We will respond in accordance with the law that applies to you.
If you are in the EEA or UK and believe we are processing your data unlawfully, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. The EU list is at edpb.europa.eu.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" at the bottom of any message, or by emailing us. You will still receive transactional emails (receipts, schedule notices) because they are necessary for the service.
Most browsers and some operating systems offer a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") setting. No common industry standard for honouring DNT has yet been agreed, so we do not currently respond to DNT signals. If that changes, we will update this notice.
We may update this privacy notice from time to time. The most recent version will always live at this URL, with a new "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be communicated to you directly where appropriate.
For anything to do with your data, your rights, or this policy, contact us.
