your right.

Last updated 13 May 2026.

Thank you for being part of our community at RS Method (run by Robert "Aware" Simic). We take your privacy seriously. This notice explains, in plain English, what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.

This policy applies to rs-method.com and to any services, sales, marketing, or events delivered through it. If you do not agree with anything below, please discontinue using the site.

1. What information do we collect?

Information you give us

In short: information you voluntarily provide when you sign up, buy, or contact us.

When you register on the site, express interest in our products and services, participate in activities (such as posting in our community), or contact us, we collect what you choose to share. That typically includes:

  • Name, email address, phone number, and country.
  • Billing and mailing details where relevant.
  • Account credentials (username, password) for areas of the site that require login.
  • Payment information (card number, security code, expiry) for purchases. Payment data is stored by our payment providers, not by us. Our primary processors are Stripe and (where used) PayPal.

Please keep the information you share with us accurate, and let us know if anything changes.

Information collected automatically

In short: standard device and usage data, collected to keep the site running and secure.

When you visit rs-method.com, we automatically collect:

  • Log and usage data: IP address, browser type, settings, the pages you view, search terms, timestamps, and similar diagnostic information.
  • Device data: device identifiers, operating system, hardware model, and network information.
  • Location data: approximate location derived from your IP address. You can disable precise location in your browser or device settings.

This information does not normally identify you personally and is used for site security, analytics, and improving how we serve you.

2. How do we use your information?

In short: to deliver what you bought, support you, keep the site safe, and (with your consent) keep you in the loop.

We use your information to:

  • Create your account, log you in, and manage access to products and events.
  • Fulfil orders and process payments, refunds, and exchanges.
  • Send you administrative messages (order confirmations, schedule changes, policy updates).
  • Respond to support enquiries and requests for feedback.
  • Post testimonials you have given us explicit consent to share. To update or remove a testimonial, contact us.
  • Send marketing and educational emails, where you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Personalise content and (sometimes) advertising based on your interests and location.
  • Protect the site against fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, and respond to lawful requests from authorities.
  • Improve our products, marketing, and experience, often in aggregated, anonymised form.

3. Will your information be shared with anyone?

In short: only when there's a clear reason and a lawful basis.

We may share your data in these situations:

  • With your consent, for a specific purpose you've agreed to.
  • To fulfil our contract with you, where sharing is necessary to deliver what you bought.
  • For legitimate business interests such as analytics, fraud prevention, or customer support.
  • To comply with legal obligations, including responding to lawful requests from public authorities.
  • In the event of a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. You will be notified if your data is affected.
  • With vendors and service providers who help us operate (payment, hosting, email, analytics, support). They are bound by contract to handle your data only on our instructions.
  • With business partners, where you have agreed to receive a specific joint offer.

4. Who specifically do we share with?

The third parties we currently rely on fall into these categories:

  • Payments and billing: Stripe, PayPal (where used).
  • CRM, marketing automation, and customer messaging: RS AI Wizard, our proprietary platform that powers our forms, email sequences, calendar, and contact records.
  • Analytics and tag management: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager.
  • Advertising and retargeting: Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, where applicable.
  • Hosting and infrastructure: Hetzner (server hosting), Plesk (server management), Cloudflare (where used).
  • Video hosting and embeds: YouTube, Vimeo, and the embedded media on our own server.
  • Live event delivery: Zoom, Google Meet.

If you would like the full current list at any time, message us and we will share it.

5. Cookies & tracking.

In short: yes, we use cookies and similar tools.

We use cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, measure how people use the site, and (where you've consented) deliver relevant advertising.

You can refuse cookies through your browser settings. If you do, certain parts of the site may not work as intended.

You can also opt out of interest-based advertising through industry tools such as aboutads.info/choices and youronlinechoices.eu.

6. International transfers.

Our servers are based in Europe. RS Method operates internationally, and our vendors are located in various countries, including the United States.

If you access the site from outside Europe, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed by us in Europe and by our third-party providers in their jurisdictions.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, those destinations may not always have data protection laws as comprehensive as those at home. We rely on appropriate safeguards (including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses) with our providers to protect your data. You can request a copy of the relevant clauses at any time.

7. How long do we keep it?

We keep your personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes set out in this notice, or as required or permitted by law (tax, accounting, regulatory).

When we no longer have a legitimate need to process your data, we will delete or anonymise it. If immediate deletion is not possible (for example, because data is in backups), we will securely store and isolate it from any further use until deletion is possible.

8. How we keep it safe.

We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your information: encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and vetted vendors. We require our processors to do the same.

That said, no system on the open internet can promise 100% security. Use the site within a secure environment, and choose a strong password.

9. Minors.

RS Method is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from, or market to, anyone under 18. By using the site you confirm you are at least 18 (or that you are the parent or guardian of a minor and consent on their behalf).

If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10. Your privacy rights.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct or delete your data.
  • Restrict or object to certain kinds of processing.
  • Receive your data in a portable format.
  • Withdraw consent (this does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal).

To make any of these requests, contact us. We will respond in accordance with the law that applies to you.

If you are in the EEA or UK and believe we are processing your data unlawfully, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. The EU list is at edpb.europa.eu.

Email marketing

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" at the bottom of any message, or by emailing us. You will still receive transactional emails (receipts, schedule notices) because they are necessary for the service.

11. Do-Not-Track signals.

Most browsers and some operating systems offer a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") setting. No common industry standard for honouring DNT has yet been agreed, so we do not currently respond to DNT signals. If that changes, we will update this notice.

12. Updates to this notice.

We may update this privacy notice from time to time. The most recent version will always live at this URL, with a new "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be communicated to you directly where appropriate.

13. Contact.

For anything to do with your data, your rights, or this policy, contact us.

You may also want to read our Terms & Refunds.

Your trust is part of the work.
