These terms apply to every purchase made through rs-method.com, including digital products, live online events, and in-person trainings delivered by Robert "Aware" Simic and the RS Method team.

By placing an order, registering for an event, or using any service on this site, you agree to the terms below.

A preview of your order is shown before you submit it. Please review carefully.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe and (for some products) other payment providers. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your information in transit.

Your card statement will read STRIPE * RS METHOD or a similar reference, depending on the processor used for that purchase.

Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice. Products are sold subject to availability.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, without prejudice.

Credit card fraud and unauthorised use are reported to the relevant authorities. Illegal use of our products, including copyright violations or unauthorised duplication, may result in prosecution.

Digital products and courses are delivered immediately on successful payment. Access details arrive by email, usually within minutes.

Live events and in-person trainings are delivered on the dates published before purchase. If those dates change for any reason on our side, you will be notified and your seat will be honoured at the next available date, or refunded in full (see Section 4).

We rarely receive refund requests. This policy is our public commitment to you, intended to give you confidence that your investment is safe.

We refund any digital product within 30 days of purchase. No questions asked. Send us a message with your order details and the refund is processed immediately.

If you can't access or download a product you bought, please contact us first so we can fix it. Most issues are resolved in minutes.

You must attend the full event, from the start to the end of it, for any refund to apply.

If, at the end of the event, you feel it was not worth your investment, you may request a refund on the spot. We keep 25% to cover external costs (venue, materials, logistics) and refund the remaining 75% immediately.

This refund option exists only at the end of the event. Not days, weeks, or months later.

For what it's worth, in over a decade this has never been requested. We carry almost all the risk on purpose. It's a simple expression of our confidence that what happens in the room will far exceed what you paid to be there.

Specials, bundle pricing, and bonus offers are non-refundable unless stated otherwise on the offer itself. Specials and rewards cannot be combined with other specials under any circumstance.

Plans change. When they do, please tell us in good time and we will hold your seat for the next available cohort or date that works for you. The investment stays with us, your attendance is guaranteed at a future date of mutual fit.

If you cancel entirely without rescheduling, the following applies, because we incur real costs the moment you confirm a seat:

• More than 30 days before the event: no cancellation charge.
• Between 15 and 30 days before the event: 15% retained, 85% refunded.
• Between 7 and 14 days before the event: 25% retained, 75% refunded.
• Less than 7 days before the event, or no-show: 100% retained.

If we change the event dates for reasons on our side, you receive a 100% refund. This has not happened in over a decade.

Changes in law, sudden governmental restrictions, acts of war, global pandemics, or similar events can prevent any live event from going ahead as planned.

If this happens, we will do everything reasonable to offer an alternative: postpone to a different date, deliver the same training live online, or provide credit toward another product. We will communicate quickly and honestly. Your investment is never lost.

All content purchased through this site, including recordings, transcripts, workbooks, slides, and platform access, is for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, share, distribute, sell, or use the material to train any commercial AI system or to deliver competing programmes.

Recording our live events or sharing meeting links with non-attendees is not permitted.

RS Method is an educational and transformational experience. Nothing on this site, in our products, or in our live events constitutes medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

Results vary, and depend on the work you put in. We do not promise specific outcomes. We do commit to bringing our full presence, decades of experience, and the best of what we know to every interaction.
