About this video

In this interview, Charlotte Stebbing-Mills talks with Robert Simic about the life she was living before she trained with him, what happened for her in the room, and the coaching practice she runs today, about five years on.

Charlotte describes moving from the UK to Dubai for a role in corporate fitness. She loved the job, yet behind closed doors she was stressed and, as she puts it, sleepwalking through a life she never really chose. She came to the training to gain tools for her team. Instead, she says, the room was a wake-up call to apply it all to herself, and the way she thought about herself, her relationships and her future shifted.

She talks about the bond that formed in a room of people from every walk of life, and about sharing things she'd never shared before. Over time she left the corporate world, began coaching full time and moved her practice online, with clients in several countries. She says the people she works with don't have to relive their past, and that the process can feel quite pleasant. Her advice to anyone on the fence is to follow their highest excitement and see where it leads.
