About this video

In this interview, Sam Daghash talks with Robert Simic about leaving a high-pressure career to train with him, what shifted for him in the room, and the coaching practice he runs in Dubai about two years later.

Sam describes years in ad tech, media and advertising, ticking every box of conventional success while feeling something was missing and carrying a lot of stress. He resigned, took time away in Nepal to reflect, then found Robert's videos while searching for someone who could teach real tools for change. He came to learn how to coach, and found himself going through his own transformation.

He talks about the group becoming like one family as people took their masks off, and about watching another participant clear old emotion and stand up with a different kind of confidence. Today, he says, he loves his work so much that every day feels like a weekend. He explains that he doesn't need to hear a client's story to help them, and that many of the people who come to him are young men who want their confidence back. His message to anyone considering this path: don't be afraid of the unknown, and learn from the best.
